What We Do

New Horizon Programme

Our New Horizon programme consists of a blend of one-to-one and group activities to cohorts of up to 15 learners at a time. They will receive intensive support for a period of six months, followed by six months of light-touch support.

We support and upskill local entrepreneurs with their personal and professional development to help them make the most of changes happening in their local communities

WHAT WE DO

Start-up Support

We offer a comprehensive and holistic approach to start-up incubation support, with our clients at the centre of everything that we do.

We do this by offering support services that prepare our beneficiaries to gain confidence, skills, knowledge, and access to opportunities needed to become confident and efficient startup entrepreneurs. We help our clients create viable businesses that can become sustainable, make a positive difference to their lives, and contribute to developing their local community and economy.

This is all about developing local economies from the bottom up, making sure community members at the grassroots level are empowered to become effective – socioeconomic – agents of change.

We support those in local communities who are seeking to start or accelerate their business. We work to help entrepreneurs tackle obstacles (e.g. language, access to information and business opportunities) and empower communities, with a particular focus on those who are marginalised due to race, gender or socio-economic background.

We do this because we are aware of the inequalities that exist in modern society, but we do not believe that this should hinder great entrepreneurship.

We have particular experience with supporting those who are:

Unemployed or underemployed

From low income households

From single parent households

Women

Living in areas undergoing housing and socioeconomic regeneration programmes.
