We are looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Content Associate to help shape Trampoline’s voice online. You’ll contribute to creating digital content production across LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms, support our podcasts and marketing campaigns, and tell the stories of our most inspiring entrepreneurs. The role blends strategy and creativity, from copywriting and video editing to audience engagement and partnership liaison. It’s ideal for someone with digital marketing experience who’s ready to grow into a role within a vibrant, purpose-driven team.
The Job
The Marketing Content Associate will play a key role in shaping Trampoline’s digital presence and communications. The postholder will proactively contribute ideas for creative content production for social media (LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms), podcasts, and newsletters, supporting the implementation of the organisation’s marketing plan and campaigns.
Working closely with other members of the Marketing Team, the postholder will design and deliver engaging multimedia content that promotes Trampoline’s mission, celebrates participant stories, and strengthens partnerships across our community. They will also contribute to marketing coordination, communications with partner organisations, and audience development across all channels.
The role requires creativity, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. The position will offer clear scope for growth and includes mentoring and CPD opportunities.
Conditions
• Salary: pro rata of £28,000
• Part-time: 3 – 4 days per week
• Pension contribution: employer (3%) and employee (minimum 5%)
• Annual leave entitlement: pro-rata of 25 days
• Term: initially 12 months, renewable subject to contract extension and meeting KPIs

JOB DESCRIPTION
1.Digital marketing, content creation, and campaigns
• Develop and implement Trampoline’s social media strategy across LinkedIn, TikTok, and other key platforms.
• Plan and deliver content in line with the marketing plan, ensuring quality and consistency of brand voice.
• Produce high-quality multimedia content including short videos, podcasts, visuals, and copy for posts and newsletters.
• Support the design and execution of marketing campaigns and thematic initiatives that align with both the organisational goals and the marketing plan.
• Liaise with third-party communications teams to coordinate joint announcements and shared media opportunities.
2. Podcast and video production
• Plan, record, and edit podcast episodes, including selection of conversation formats, content themes, and guests.
• Manage podcast and video production logistics (room setup, recording, and post-editing).
• Create engaging short-form video content, including subtitling and captioning for accessibility.
• Curate and maintain a digital content library (visuals, audio, and video assets).
3. Copywriting and storytelling
• Create copy for newsletters and partner publications, maintaining a consistent tone and style.
• Write and edit social media captions, case studies, and promotional materials that highlight participant stories.
• Work collaboratively with programme teams to document entrepreneurs’ journeys and successes.
4. Monitoring, engagement, and insights
• Monitor engagement metrics and analyse performance across social media channels.
• Provide insights to improve reach and engagement strategies.
• Participate in outreach and networking events to document and share the experiences of our start-up community.
5. Administration and team support
• Maintain effective digital records in accordance with Trampoline’s systems and GDPR.
• Attend and actively participate in team meetings, events, and strategy sessions as required.
• Uphold Trampoline’s values, Code of Ethics, and policies on Safeguarding, EDI, and Data Protection.
• Support overall marketing operations and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, a committed and enthusiastic individual with knowledge of how to communicate with our audiences on and off-line (on various platforms).
They will be able to demonstrate the following:
1 Digital marketing and social media – Proven experience of managing multi-platform campaigns (LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.); ability to create engaging, platform-appropriate content.
2 Content creation and editing – Skilled in copywriting, video production, and basic graphic editing; ability to produce creative, high-quality materials.
3 Podcast production – Experience of recording and editing podcasts; confidence in managing audio/video logistics and post-production.
4 Communication and collaboration – Strong written and verbal communication; ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external partners.

The Job
This is an office-based role and the aims of the job are to:
• Provide specialist and general admin support for Trampoline’s operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION
1.Specific administrative duties
• Be the first point of contact for Trampoline’s operations, through answering general calls and correspondences, and directing more specific ones to relevant staff members.
• Schedule staff meetings, make sure they are logged in the office diary, and shared with relevant parties.
• Take meeting minutes, assign tasks, and monitor follow-up actions.
• Co-manage our MS SharePoint server: create, organise, and maintain an effective filing system and ensure it is regularly updated.
• Manage and monitor office petty cash float and event budgets.
• Manage and monitor office sign-in registrar.
• Take inventory and (re)order office supplies.
• Keep logbook of office equipment and furniture for inventory purpose.

2. Corporate events planning and management

Job Description
The aims of the job are to:
• Support outreach efforts by distributing publicity materials and sharing information about our events.
• Raise awareness about Trampoline’s events and programmes.

We are actively seeking dedicated volunteer mentors to provide invaluable coaching support to budding entrepreneurs within our small business community. This unique opportunity involves coaching, guiding and empowering entrepreneurs through their start-up journey, thus contributing to their success.
Role Description
As a volunteer mentor, you will be instrumental in offering personalised business coaching and support services to entrepreneurs at various stages of their ventures. Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing expert advice and guidance to entrepreneurs on business strategies and operations.
• Providing clarity, guidance, and counsel to entrepreneurs navigating the challenges of business ownership.
• Offering constructive feedback on their business management, staff operations, and daily priorities.
• Sharing valuable insights about effective business management and growth strategies.
• Evaluating and identifying areas of strength, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
• Helping startups connect with resources and opportunities that could help them grow their business.
How It Works:
Additionally, you will play a crucial role in documenting and celebrating entrepreneurial journeys within our community, showcasing the positive impact of mentorship. Your ad hoc support and encouragement will contribute to the overall success and resilience of the entrepreneur’s mentor.
