Trampoline NH CIC is a social enterprise that promotes and supports community entrepreneurship by providing business incubation support to aspiring entrepreneurs from traditionally underserved communities.

By 2025, we want to run a comprehensive incubation facility which will cover a full range of services including hot desking, studio offices, pop-up trading spaces and access to financing. Join us as we leap for success.

OUR MISSION

With over 30 years of experience in the UK Social and Voluntary sector…

…we still maintain a passion and commitment to empowering people from marginalised and disadvantaged communities.

We help pre-start and start-up entrepreneurs with a viable business concept to test their ideas, formalise their operations and become confident and efficient entrepreneurs with the ability to establish, manage and develop lean and flexible businesses that can withstand difficult socioeconomic circumstances, in the long-run.

Our comprehensive support services last 6 to 9 months and enable our clients to improve or develop business skills and acumen, build their confidence, access specialist information, as well as networking, trading and funding opportunities. We specialise in helping pre-starts and start-ups from the following industries: Hospitality, Health and Social Care, Business-for-good, Construction, Media and Art, and Fashion.

Executive Director, Founder
Claudine has worked in the UK social sector for more than 20 years; her career path mirrors her passion and commitment to empowering people from marginalised and disadvantaged communities, enabling them to become change makers.

Niraj Aryal

Head of Programmes
Niraj is a seasoned project manager who excels in business support, incubation, as well as training and workshop facilitation. Niraj brings valuable expertise in fostering innovation and sustainable business practices to positively impact start-ups.

Rosalyn Reid

Head of Outreach & Engagement
Rosalyn brings together her extensive knowledge and experience working across a multitude of public sector organisations including Southwark Pensioners, NHS Lewisham PCT, A2Dominion and F.A.T.S Studio CIC. Her networking abilities combined with many years delivering innovative projects, workshops, and sessions in health & wellbeing within urban communities across London.

Matthew Drinkwater

Head of Operations
Matthew Drinkwater has worked across luxury hotels, serviced offices and property management, including senior operational roles in managed workspace and facilities environments. His experience includes health and safety compliance, contractor management, multi-site operations and large budget responsibility.

Andréa Katalay

Social Media Associate
With a degree in fashion and marketing, Andrea has recently started her journey in social media support and promotion. Although new to the social enterprise world, she is committed to empowering start-up entrepreneurs by using her knowledge of trend analysis and content development to create more visibility for start-ups and generate additional income for Trampoline.

Jaydeep Adhar

Video & Copyright Associate
Jaydeep brings a unique blend of financial acumen and creative expertise to his role as Video & Copy Creative at Trampoline. With a degree in Finance and a successful YouTube channel amassing over 800,000 views, he is committed to producing top-tier content that promotes Trampoline and its clients, Jaydeep’s innovative approach and dedication make him an invaluable asset to the team at Trampoline.

Executive & Programmes Associate
With international experience in project delivery, Ana turns complex plans into clear, actionable steps. Her analytical mindset and collaborative approach help Trampoline’s programmes grow and make real impact.

Outreach Associate


Ayaan is an Outreach Associate at Trampoline CIC. He combines strong communication and networking skills with experience in community engagement, supporting mentees and fostering meaningful connections. Passionate about social impact, Ayaan brings a fresh perspective to outreach, helping deliver impactful mentoring along with engagement initiatives.

Dawnetta Grant

Incubation Support Associate

At Trampoline Dawnetta combines passions of mentoring and facilitating workshops to help new entrepreneurs navigate their journey to greater success. With a degree in mathematics, former business lecturer and community leader, she brings her own blended style of market analysis, financial forecasts, motivation and encouragement. She has been called – a chief cheer leader. Dawnetta is able to work with entrepreneurs to innovate great products or services, and to create effective marketing strategies for increased income. Her own varied business experience has been in the following sectors: Writing & Publishing, Tech & Marketing, Food Sector, Fashion Sector, Coaching and Event planning

Richmond Osei

With a background in finance Richmond understands the importance in knowing your numbers. As an Incubation Support Associate Richmond understands the challenges faced by entrepreneurs at various stages of the business journey.
